Shipping And Returns
Orders for in stock items are dispatched within 5 working days. All orders are sent from Sydney and you will receive a tracking email once the order has been dispatched. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas please allow a few extra days for delivery. Please also consider that certain periods of the year are seasonably busy and deliveries may be delayed slightly longer. Please contact us on email@example.com if you have any questions.
Shipping & Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at 8885. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 2 days of Receiving the bikes. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any item purchased online, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
- Items are in their original condition (unworn and unwashed);
- Items are in their original packaging;
- Tags remain attached to garments;
- Proof of purchase is provided; and
- A Returns Form is included
Failure to return items as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via email if your return is being rejected.
COST OF RETURN:
- You can return your items using any trackable service; you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself;
- It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises, so please use a trackable service to ensure your return arrives to us safely;
- For International returns, please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any further duties;
- If your item is faulty, we will reimburse your shipping costs. However, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost. Therefore, we encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return.

REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED:
- International returns may take 5 working days to be delivered to us depending on origin. We advise that you use a trackable service for your return.
- Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during busy periods.
- Funds will be refunded based on the method used for the original purchase:
- Credit card refunds will be visible within 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your item is deemed to be faulty.
- If you would like to swap the size of your item we can facilitate this for you;
- If we are unable to locate another size for you, we will contact you via email to advise that a refund will be processed;
- You will need to cover the postage costs yourself and ensure the item reaches us safely.
